This website provides general information about Squaremark Building Advisors and owner-representation services. Website content is not project-specific advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from licensed legal, architectural, engineering, accounting, real-estate, or construction professionals.
No client relationship
Viewing this website, contacting Squaremark, or submitting an inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any engagement begins only when Squaremark and the client sign a written agreement defining the scope, responsibilities, fees, and other terms.
Scope of services
Squaremark provides owner-side advisory and coordination services as defined in each written engagement. Unless expressly stated in that agreement, Squaremark does not act as an architect, engineer, attorney, accountant, real-estate broker, general contractor, or construction manager at risk, and does not control the means, methods, sequencing, or safety of construction work.
Project outcomes
Construction projects involve decisions, conditions, and work performed by many independent parties. Squaremark does not guarantee a particular cost, schedule, quality result, approval, or project outcome. Examples on this website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise of comparable results.
Project lessons
The project lessons presented on this website are anonymized informal observations made before Squaremark began operations. The homeowners were neighbors, not Squaremark clients, and the examples are not testimonials or formal case studies.

The Squaremark name, logo, design, and original website content are owned by Squaremark Building Advisors unless otherwise indicated. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. Third-party services and links are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.
