About Todd

Todd Miceli is the founder of Squaremark Building Advisors and an owner's representative serving Park City and the Wasatch Back.
Todd began his career as a licensed electrician before graduate school, giving him firsthand knowledge of construction practices and the importance of completing work correctly. He later built more than 25 years of experience as a founder, CEO, and chief financial officer, leading organizations through growth, major capital decisions, acquisitions, construction-related operations, and successful business transitions.
A Park City resident since 2012, Todd is currently navigating his second personal residential build in three years, giving him recent firsthand experience with the decisions, coordination challenges, and risks owners face. Combined with his professional discipline and informal experience helping neighboring homeowners identify construction discrepancies, that perspective led him to found Squaremark.
